His experience spans a number of sectors, including resources, engineering, professional consulting, retail, transport, healthcare and banking, where he has worked with leaders at all levels of organisations, from front line supervisors to general managers and executive team members. With Chandler Macleod Group Doug developed through state and regional general management roles to Chief Operating Officer overseeing the profitable development and growth of specialised recruitment, contracting and consulting business units operating throughout Australia and in New Zealand achieving annual revenue of $900 million.
